Went looking for steak and ending up loving the cake!

Came in for lunch, the menu is trimmed down compared to their dinner options. Started with the Caesar salad. And chose the Chicken fried steak which was served over grits. I like to try the local dishes whenever I travel, and this steak had a unique (and delicious) prep style. The service was impeccable. Fast and attentive. They were doing good business for a weekday afternoon. Our meal ended on a high note with their award winning caramel cake. Served warm and topped with vanilla ice cream. You must try this!
